Mawkyrwat, May 11, 2021: The office of the Deputy Commissioner, South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat lifted the Containment Order for “Domjajew, Sumsir and Mawiong Village” which was declared Containment area on the 8th May, 2021 under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 and Amendments thereof. The order was made based on the contact tracing status and test reports of the high-risk contacts at “Domjajew, Sumsir and Mawiong Village” and report received thereof. In view of the urgency of the matter, the order has been made ex parte.
