The office of the Deputy Commissioner, South West Khasi Hills District,
Mawkyrwat issued an order that due to the surge in Covid-19 positive cases in
the District and to prevent its further spread, all symptomatic persons having
signs like fever, cough, sneezing etc., should immediately isolate themselves at
home and call the Control room No. 9485153533 for further advice.
Dr. Anita Chauhan. representative of World Health Organization (WHO) is hereby authorized and deputed to conduct awareness campaign on Covid-19 and its vaccination programme in all the hindi speaking area under Ranikor Civil Sub-Division with immediate effect.
